Our premium allows you to receive more matches, and you get to see full images and details of matches. You also have the ability to receive and send gifts and many more features.

To become a premium member, first you will have to sign up for a free account, after that you click on upgrade from the app and then select the plan that best suits you and then you proceed further to payment. After the payment has been processed, your profile will be updated as a premium user.

To set up an account on Wematchmake, first go to the apps store and download the apps. Secoundly you fill out the registration form and complete your profile. Once your account passes the first stage of verification, you can begin using the matchmaking apps. Usually it takes within 24hrs to approve a user.

There is no refund. Wematchmake does not refund for any service paid for either on our website or on the apps. However we make sure all the services listed are running 1001% smoothly. And if we will be doing an upgrade, users will be informed ahead.

We accept Google inapps purchase, visa, master, Paypal and Payoneer. But the Paypal and the Payoneer used for payment MUST match the same name on the application.

As a premium user/member you get full access to all our paid features, even if you subscribe to a smaller plan, you still enjoy the full features of a paid member. The only difference between each plan is the time duration.

That is beacuse you have not yet upgraded your account to premium membership. Once you upgrade, you will have full access to the images. But you can still communicate.

If you are not a premium member you will not be able to receive gifts or gift other users.
